Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your OmniCircle account at any time. Email hello@omnicircleprotectme.com from the address on the account and we’ll confirm before anything is removed.
What gets deleted
A deletion request covers the data tied to your account:
1. Your profile and account details
2. The trusted contacts you added to your circle
3. Your protection session history
4. Any location data still held from past sessions
What happens to your circle
The people in your circle stop being connected to you. They keep their own accounts, and nothing in their account is deleted by your request.
How long it takes
We aim to complete deletion requests promptly and will confirm by email once it’s done.
Data we may have to keep
We may retain limited records where the law requires it. The final Privacy Policy will set out exactly what, and for how long.
Deleting the app is not the same thing
Removing OmniCircle from your phone does not delete your account. Send a deletion request if you want your data removed.
